Yep - I gain 2 lbs one week, and it will definitely take me more than one week to get rid of that extra 2 lbs. :) This week, only a 0.9 lb loss, but at least it's a loss.
I'm trying to mix up my exercise some. I'm honestly getting tired of EA Sports Active. I still like it, but the medium intensity setting is really the same old stuff, but just a little longer. So....it's starting to get boring. I can't really get the next step up - EA Sports Active More Workouts - So, I might go back to some of my old Tae Bo tapes - I think I've gotten in better shape exercise-wise to be able to keep up now. Last night, I actually did the Wii Fit Plus. That was a nice change, and it helped to work on my balance, too. If you look closely in some of my pictures that I'm taking once a month, you can see that when I try to stand straight, I'm actually favoring my left leg. :) So, maybe the Wii Fit Plus will help a little with that.
The other thing I want to do is get our old Total Gym 1000 out and ready to use again. I understand a little more about body toning, and I really want to start focusing on some of my muscles to actually tone them. We will have to do a little re-arranging, but it is doable.
That's about it for today. We'll see how this week goes!! :)
