Darn! I gained 2 lbs this week. I was pretty much expecting as much - last week did not go well for me at all. Besides not exercising because I didn't feel good with my tooth hurting, I really couldn't watch what I ate very well because I needed to focus on eating soft things and my brain isn't that creative. So, today starts another week. I will be measuring myself and taking a picture this week (the 15th), but tonight I will get back on track and exercise again.
Nothing much else to say other than I did consistently drink my 62 ounces of water last week. I really need to figure out how I can get one more 32 oz jug in - seems I just don't have enough time in the day (or, I have to drink it so late that I'm up all night visiting the bathroom)... My plan, I think, is to get this nifty container that would fit in my car - Bubba Keg 34 Oz Travel Mug - so that I can start way early (when I leave for work) and maybe I can fit 2 jug fulls in during my workday. And, it would add 2 extra ounces each time I filled up the jug. As it is now, I get to work and get going with things, so sometimes I don't start drinking my water until noon.
