Woohoo, I'm finally down my first 10 lbs at a total of -10.6 lbs since Feb 15, 2010!! :) One bad week out of the mix isn't bad, either. Last week I changed up my exercising by doing Tae-Bo - I really am starting to get a little tired of EA Sports Active - the intermediate is the same as the beginner, for the most part, except you do the exercises just a little longer. So, I did the 8 minute workout for the Tae-Bo dvd that I have. I had forgotten how much I really do like Tae-Bo. I figure I will exercise every other day using that - for now. I only got 3 times in last week, 1 was Wii Fit Plus and the other 2 were Tae-Bo. So, this week shooting for every other day.
As for water, I kind of slacked with that last week. But, I went ahead and got that Bubba Keg mug and am using it this morning - I filled up before I left for work, so now I'm almost done with my first 34 ounces, and the day hasn't even really started yet. So, I should have no problems getting in around 100 ounces a day, give or take.
As for food, nothing's really changed too much with that. I haven't really been getting in my veggies and fruit like I wanted, but I am still watching my portions and just trying to eat less overall.
