Get 'Faithfully Fit' on my Kindle. Read this every day to coincide with Slim in 6 to help gear my mind to better thinking and thinking more often with God in mind. A year has proven that I can't do this with my own strength. - Began Faithfully Fit on Thursday, April 21, 2011.
- Update 5/13 - Have not been constant with reading this. Read for 4 days straight, and haven't since. Today I'm starting week 4 of Slim in 6. I will pick up where I left off in Faithfully Fit.
Update my blog to coincide with both Slim in 6 and Faithfully Fit. Will track measurements, weight, water consumption, and journaling/blogging that will probably be encouraged with Faithfully Fit.- Blog updated and organized - possibly ongoing as things change.
- I would feel much more comfortable in my own skin if I lost some of this excess weight.
- I feel much better, physically, when I am consistent with my exercise.
- I want to be in better shape when Chris and I have our first baby.
