Ok, so I've been doing the Insanity workout for 2 weeks now. I've only missed 1 day from not feeling good, so I think I've been doing pretty good. My endurance and strength has noticeably increased and I am seeing small changes with my body. Not enough to affect the scale, apparently, and not enough to really affect my clothes much - so, I am anxious for this week to be able to see if there are any changes next week. I did read a little on the Insanity forums that a lot of people don't really see much of a difference until the second month.
I am not discouraged. :)
