So instead of losing 1.6, I gained 1.4. But, I actually am not terribly upset about this. I did pretty good last week and exercised 4 days. So, I'm thinking either I gained muscle, or my muscles are retaining water. :) There are parts of my body that tell me I still lost inches (well not actual inches, but things are smaller by just a bit, enough for me to notice) even though I didn't lose pounds, so I will just see how this week goes and try to at least get in 4 days of exercising, but hopefully 5.
I have started being accountable with my exercising through my progress link above. So now, when you click there, you will see a new tab called Exercise. I'm just logging it in minutes per day - no details right now. I think that's what helped motivate me last week - I didn't want to log too many 0's. :)
