05/17/10 - 224.7 lbs (-8.3 total)

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr :(

I know it's my fault. Need to eat better. Hard to eat very healthy on a limited budget, though. Have not done as well with my water the last few days.  Exercised last week 3 times, I think. Well, 4 if you count last night. So, today being the start of the new week, I think I need to up my exercising from 10 mins to 20 mins and do 2 body areas in one workout session.

Moving on. But not moving on very happily...

if you do the same 2 body area's lets say everyday for 4 days straight your body will get used to it and you wont lose too much you have to kinda shock ur body with new workout routines...love ya sasha

Yeah - tonight I did arms and abs, so tomorrow I will do legs and butt. :) Then, I'll just rotate those around where I'm not doing the same two twice in a row, but I'm doing at least two different ones each day....or something like that. :) I have a dvd with 5 different 10 minute toning exercises on Netflix, but then I can also switch to Pilates, Fat Burning, Carbs, and Kick Boxing, all with 10 minute sections so that I can do 2 sections at a time. I figure I have a good amount of exercises to keep it interesting for a little while.
