So I managed to lose almost all 2 lbs that I gained last week - yay!
Nothing really to say about this past week. But, I did start logging my food (except I didn't for the weekend) - it's a habit that will definitely change some of my current habits for the better. So, if you look right above this post, the very last "page" link is called Fit Day Journals. Right now, the website is embedded, and it's only on part of the screen - so you have to scroll. Eventually I am going to figure out how to make it go across the whole page so that it's easier to view.
Other than that, I've realized that I can do workouts from Netflix - I'm going to alternate between several 10 minute workouts that I found. They alternate between body parts, so last night I did abs. Today I will do legs, maybe, and then tomorrow maybe arms, etc. If I have time, I will do more than one session - 20 mins should not be hard to do. Then I can tackle these focused workouts more often.
So - Onward We Go! Won't it be nice when I can finally get down to 15 lbs lost? Only 4.6 lbs to go! :)
