04/05/10 - 224 lbs (-9 total)

Woohoo, a -2.2 loss this week for a total of -9 lbs overall since 02/15/10! :) I got in 3 days of exercising last week - had a root canal done on Friday and well, didn't realize I'd probably feel bad afterward. Then Saturday was my day off. Yesterday was another workout day, but I felt a little bad again because my temporary cap fell off. So, hope to get back to exercising my 2 days on 1 day off again today. I'm not going to start the 30 day challenge again - I'm just going to push forward, realizing that sometimes life happens and I don't have to have my 30 day challenge perfect. I did that once already and felt very happy about my goal of doing every workout. This time around, I just need to continue to stay motivated and plan on working out - but if life happens, then, it happens and I just need to move forward.

Oh, and for the record, a root canal is a GREAT way to watch what you eat....I have to eat soft stuff and it takes me FOREVER to finish my meal - though, I don't suggest it on a regular basis. ;)

Great loss!! I have been thinking that I probably need my tonsils out..now I really may need to follow through with that! hahaha!

haha, thanks to you both. :) My tooth is definitely better now.....but last week was such a bad week, I won't be surprised if I see a gain tomorrow morning. Hopefully not, but either way, tomorrow makes for a new week and new motivation to kick in. :)
