No loss today, but I'm not complaining. I'm feeling better, I'm still on track with my exercising, and I'm getting in my water. Small steps at a time.
Yesterday marked my halfway point through the EA Sport Active 30 day challenge. There was a video shown after my workout yesterday, and tomorrow when I workout, the intensity will be increased a little and new exercises will be introduced. I'm excited about that - spice it up a bit more, you know? I did figure something out, though. I think the reason that I have not stuck with an exercise plan in the past is possibly because I would push myself too hard. I keep going away from this 30 day challenge feeling like I should have "worked harder" - yet, my heart is pumping and sweat is rolling down my body. So I think in the past, I've pushed myself and it was too much too soon. With the 30 day challenge, I've actually stuck to the plan. Well - and having this blog and knowing others are watching me has helped as well. :)
Lastly, my hubby found this interesting site on water. I've been drinking my water, for the most part. The bathroom has become my new best friend. It's quite irritating, actually. I'm doing good and yet I feel like I'm being punished - right? :) Well, this site explains that at first, your body is getting rid of stored water and eventually, your body won't get rid of the water so quickly because it will rely on you giving it the water you need. Pretty encouraging - I'm so ready to tell the bathroom that our steady relationship is over and I'll only be visiting on occasion. :)
