Well, don't cheer me on just yet for what seems like a good amount of weight off from this past week. Actually, I'm not even going to tally the loss.
To explain: This morning I weighed before I got dressed for work. Then I realized that my initial weigh-in was after I got home from work....about 30-45 minutes after I ate. Soooo......Now I just need to keep my weigh-ins consistent. It's only the second week, after all, so this slip up shouldn't hurt too much. Now, I did weigh myself tonight with about the same conditions, just to find out if there really was a difference, and so it seems that I have possibly lost about a pound or so. But, the other thing making me iffy on saying that is, well, apparently our scale was finally (after almost 6 years) on its last huff to hold me (and my husband - he's the one who found out that the poor thing had died). So sad. But, it doesn't get a funeral. We just need to get a new battery for the scale. However, I think I will keep my weigh-ins to my Wii Fit Plus board. It records how my balance is, too, and I like that feature. I'm getting closer and closer to having a much better balance to my stride than I have had in the past!
Oh - and I didn't get my picture re-taken tonight. Ran out of time between homework, exercise, and shower - and now it's WAY past my bed time. I'm headed to visit my dreams for the night - but I'll probably update this post tomorrow if I'm able to get my new starting picture.
I tried to be creative with my post....but I don't feel very colorful tonight! :)
And here are my new pictures - I will have them taken this way from now on to help with consistency:

I started weighing in with my shoes on--don't ask me why...so now I always have to weigh with them on. On a rough week I always want to take them off for weigh in but I refrain.
You are doing good!!
Thanks, Keelie! Yeah, I can so see myself wanting to take them off for some extra "encouragement" if I were to keep weighing with my shoes. :)
